Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled on the Echolla website and in connection with Echolla's limited private-access service as it prepares for its public iOS launch.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

About this policy

The website at echolla.com is operated under the Echolla brand. This policy applies to information handled through this website, including waitlist and contact interactions. It does not replace the separate mobile-app privacy policy described below.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with the website, information may include:

  • Waitlist details, such as your first name, email address, selected user type, and your consent to receive updates.
  • Correspondence, including information you choose to provide when you contact Echolla.
  • Basic technical data, which the hosting provider may collect when you visit, such as an IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, and pages requested. The precise data depends on the provider's operation of the service.

The public website does not ask you to upload a fashion photo. Photo handling in the mobile app will be covered by the app-specific policy.

How information is used

Information may be used to:

  • send launch news, waitlist updates, and early-access opportunities;
  • respond to general, retailer, privacy, and legal inquiries;
  • operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • understand general website usage if analytics are enabled; and
  • maintain records reasonably related to these activities.

You can unsubscribe from promotional email updates using the link in an email or by contacting Echolla.

Service providers and other recipients

Echolla may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, email delivery, form processing, and technical infrastructure. Those services may process information as needed to perform their role, and their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users, respond to a valid legal request, or address suspected fraud, security issues, or misuse.

Sale of personal information

Echolla does not sell personal information submitted through the website.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests and maintaining appropriate operational records. Retention can vary by the type of information and the service used to process it.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. Send a request from the relevant email address to privacy@echolla.com. Echolla may need enough information to identify the relevant record and verify the request before acting on it.

Mobile-app privacy

The Echolla mobile app will have a separate, more detailed privacy policy before the public launch. That policy will explain app-specific practices, including photo processing, retention, deletion, and relevant third-party service providers. This website policy should not be read as a complete description of future mobile-app data handling.

Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites. Echolla does not control those services or their privacy practices, and you should review their policies before providing information to them.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website, service, or supporting tools change. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
